- Location was amazing! Close to downtown restaurants. Close to the pinnacle arena. Definitely worth the price. Staff was super nice and helpful.
- The location was perfect. Located downtown in the Hay Market. Walking distance to restaurants.
- Playful modern decor with clean rooms in the heart of the best part of the city. Staff on check-in was super helpful and polite. They were super busy as it was a game weekend but they kept things moving and friendly. Self park was easy.
Cons -
- Instructions on parking would have been nice. Pillows were ehh. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8am. As soon as I got to the door they had opened it. I didn¿t put my do not disturb tag on the door, I rarely do because I¿m typically up by 6, but 8am?
- The parking is expensive. We had to use the parking garage across the street and it was $19.00 per day if you wanted to come and go unlimited. There was a cheaper option but you could only come and go once. Also,I hate the TV remotes. Super delayed
- Not just this hotel but pretty much every hotel downtown you have to pay for parking. It would be a nice perk if they included parking in the price of the hotel.
