We love this chain so much. The staff are always exceptional. Very kind and welcoming! Rooms are always very clean and my family of 4 loves that they have a kitchen in them. I'm a chef and even on breaks and vacations they still want me to cook and this is a wonderful option to not eat out all the time!
Nothing other than Google gave us the directions to the old location but that's not the hotel's fault!

The facilities had so many amenities. The rooms were nice and spacious. The breakfast was great.
Probably the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in. Honestly, the rest of the hotel was so amazing but I probably won't stay again because I slept horrible and hurt so much the next morning.

Location was perfect. Facilities overall are very nice and roomy.
There was moldy coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. The thermostat was stuck on heat and we couldn't get it to turn off. There was pee all over the toilet rim.

Overall the hotel was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Breakfast was good. Wish the pool was open later than ten.
The location is the only complaint being from out of town it was hard to find.

Friendly staff, nice lobby and eating area. Seems to have new carpeting. It is nice having a kitchenette and separate sitting area in the room. The rooms were clean. Beds were pretty comfy although my husband thought they were a little soft
The furniture was pretty ratty. The couch was gross (I only sat on it after I used the extra bedding over it), the desk was kind of beat up as was the closet in the bedroom. The room with the toilet & shower was very small.
