I have contact dermatitis and reached out to request accommodations, which they kindly provided. When we checked in, the staff mentioned that housekeeping had ensured the room was prepared for me, and I truly appreciated it.
Pool area
Loved the pillows. Overall cleanliness, however, could definitely tell areas that are frequently missed when cleaning rooms. Enjoyed the layout of the waterpark and how there is plenty of room to not feel overcrowded.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and very nice. Great place to have a wedding reception. Excellent all around for anything & everything
