Pros +
- Clean. Breakfast was served as advertised.
- It was clean and the check-in was fast and they were courteous.
- Clean, friendly staff, great location
Cons -
- The Air conditioning (heater) was too loud and could not be controlled. We had to turn it off to sleep.
- Furniture had dings and damage.
- I used the "three option" feature but I wanted a room in Hastings, NE, and assumed the three hotels would be there. Instead the one selected was over 20 miles away in a different town. Don't lump towns together---it is deceptive.
