The bathroom door did not latch/lock as it was not aligned properly. No coffee pot. Alarm clock did not work. No plug in by the night stand. Check took over 30 min said they couldn¿t find our reservation.
It is new and in the right location. Rooms are nicely equipped.
The carpet in the hallway hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, kids playing in the pool created an unsupervised mess of the first floor hallways, the person overseeing the food area at breakfast didn't care to keep things topped off and working right.
