The breakfast area had not been cleaned from the day before. It was empty both days but food left from day before. Syrup container had not been cleaned in long time. Waffle Batter sketchy. Pool was tepid - expected it to be warmer.
It was very well laid out. Spacious room and bathroom.
Mattress was not to my personal liking and we had issues with major static electricity in our room
No in room regular coffee. Coffee machine had debris and some type of oily film that floated to the top when I put water in it before finding out their was no regular coffee. No soap in the squeeze bottle in shower. No milk in breakfast area.
The staff didn¿t respond to any of these issues. ¿¿

tHE ONLY THING THAT i DISLIKED WAS THE LUGGAGE CART. dOES NOT HOLD MUCH AND EVERYTHING KEPT FALLING OFF. nEVER SEEN A LUGGAGE CART LIKE THIS. sHAPED AS A TRIANGLE? sEEMS SILLY

Nice people who work there. Room was nice.
The air conditioner didn¿t work properly. It kept switching to heat. An employee worked the thermostats @ 7 pm and got it to blow cool air but then @ 2 am it was blowing hot air again. The best we could do was turn it off and deal with hot room
This is one if not the BEST hotel I have stayed. The pool is open 24 hours, GREAT HOT breakfast, very clean rooms and great staff.
