Pros +
- Great location. Great breakfast.
- Nice staff and easy to get around. I hosted a group there in the meeting room which was great.
- Friendly and accommodating staff. Also really tasty and well managed breakfast.
Cons -
- The ceiling was out in entry the drywall joint tape is falling off ceiling in pool area, the pool looked like it hasn?t been cleaned in years. There were inappropriate things written on the tiles on the pool walls that children don?t need to see.
- Staff was great with one exception: Our group had many motel rooms rented for two nights, and the evening desk clerk September 5 & 6 was not at all accommodating for our group. He was more interested in himself. The morning desk clerk was great!
- They hadn?t moved their tables out when I went to setup mine for my event. It just made my job that much harder. Also people in the room next to me were yelling/screaming and slamming doors. They had to go up there twice from complaints.
