- Staff was friendly ,amenities were excellent
- It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and quiet at night. The lady that worked at cafe was very kind and generous. The man at the front desk was kind as well and had great customer service.
Cons -
- The staff is not welcoming it took us 20 minutes to find someone at the hotel and they were not friendly or apologetic for their delay
- Pillows were way to soft and uncomfortable, shower head settings were disappointing.
- Checking in, the older woman at the front desk could have gave me more details of amenities and been more friendly. It was my first time at this hotel and first time in Bellevue. She seemed to not care to talk to me because of my skin color.
