Pros +
- Roomy lobby that was nicely decorated for Christmas. Nice manager. Clean hotel.
- Very clean. Staff was very responsive and helpful when possible.
- It was very quiet!
Cons -
- The room seemed somewhat neglected. The bathroom sink Fauset splatted water on the counter and was just a dribble. The tv remote didn't work so they gave us another one. Often, the breakfast was only lukewarm.
- The odor of mold as you enter is very off-putting. Our big family group considered staying elsewhere this year because of it. There's too much moisture and humidity near the guest laundry area. There may be some drywall that needs to be torn out.
- The free breakfast was diasappointing. Little to no bread items, took 15 mins to get some brown sugar for oatmeal and the eggs and potatoes were heavily seasoned (which is nice for some) with no alternative plain that we could season ourselvses.
