Room was clean and didn't smell badly
The General Manager was the best, she helped resolve a big issue with Grace
The service and location.

Cons -

Not enough parking and shady characters in the parking lot at night
Elevator was broken.Beds were tiny. Room was dirty. Hair in the bed, fingernail on the side table, very dusty, mirror wasn't clean, floor was filthy. Breakfast was lame.
I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and standard of the rooms. I had low expectations since it?s a 3 star but I actually liked it.
