- There was spiky and irritating weeds and garbage all over,
- Shower was broken. Room was equipped with a kitchenette but, there was cups silverware or plates, pot or pans. Not sure if this is standard with other hotels. If I would have know this I would have stayed somewhere else. The housekeepers did not clean.
- Managers lack sense of customer service, and don't have good manners. It's my worst hotel service ever.
