The staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable!

It was quiet, the staff was great and the bed was really comfortable!

Employees were super rude, not willing to cooperate when they told me I had to pay an extra 150 for a room that's in the middle of a hotel having construction done. I'm not paying for something they've broken or will break.

We were there six nights and our room was never cleaned or restocked or serviced. We asked for new towels, linens and cleaning. Didn¿t happen. We ran out of soap, shampoo and toilet paper. There was rarely anyone at the front desk to get help.

Location was good. Staff was friendly.

Front entry doors were not working. Had to manually open automatic doors which was not easy. Overall, this property needs an update.

Clean, good linens decent breakfast, good for the price

First night toilet wouldn't flush correctly. Man would not move rooms. 2nd night checked in to another room and t.v. wouldn't work. Same man. He would not move rooms or fix the situation. Both nights he said it was too much work for him. Very disappointed

Very dirty hotel. Bits of trash all down the halls. Sheets unclean and mutilated. (How does that even happen? Someone slept with a hedgehog?)

Nothing. I arrived at 7:45 a.m. after working all night to be ready & board Amtrak The attendant said "you're marked as a no show. We have no room for you." I said "I paid for it. She said you didn't call in and say you'd be late."

I showed my confirmation. No where did it say "call if you're late." She said "ok, I'll let you have your room for an hour." I took a bath and left an hour before Checkout. I never want to book with them again.

Convenient location and access

No room cleaning or linen exchange in the 9 days I was there.

It was filthy. The floor was so sticky our shoes stuck to the floor. The shower was full of black mold. The fridge has old food left in it. It was disgusting all the way around.

Nice Location

Shower would not work at all. Had to go to front desk to get another room to shower. Very little stream in sink as well

Nothing I was was very disappointed

The hotel was unclean I would not recommend anyone to stay at this location it is in need of immediate attention I have never seen a hotel in such poor conditions I do understand a lot of oil field workers stay at this location but that is no excuse
