- Staff is always friendly and helpful
- Closeness to the hospital. the staff have all been great.
- Location, staff, newer renovated room
Cons -
- The carpet seems like it could be cleaned real good
- This trip our room was not as clean.. the carpet felt icky and my socks got dirty walking on the carpet in the room. The temp is hard to maintain its either way to hot or its to cold
- No pool or hot tub, no elevator
