The guest services personnel who checked me in. Very polite and efficient..

When we went out in the courtyard to go swim when we came back, it took a squatter while to get our card to work and card reader on the door
The sofa in the room is quite worn and dirty. Bathroom floor had not been cleaned.
Pull out couch was awful. Not a great experience for anyone needing to sleep on it.

The hot tub

Pull out couch was awful. Not a great experience for anyone needing to sleep on it.

In terms of amenities, it?s more like a motel. We?d prefer a Holiday Inn Express. BUT, it?s very clean, pool was awesome and warm. We didn?t get a chance to do breakfast.

It took a while to check-in. It felt like a cheaper place to stay (still clean, though). Nothing was wrong, everything was fine. Beds were hard, though.
