- tired, barely functional room heating/cooling system,
- The iron was difficult to remove from the holder. Not intuitive.
- I believe I was bitten by bed bugs. I woke up with 8 bite marks on my body. Very disappointed in the hotel. There was also a bag of snacks left on the windows ledge from a previous guest. Leads me to believe your staff does not clean Very well.
