Location near major thoroughfare; room layout good and safety locks

No room service for 3 night stay; checked in Friday night; on Sunday we responded yes to room server; left hotel about 1:15 pm, saw cart in hallway. Returned about 7:00 pm to find no service. Advised that we could pick up towels front desk.

Very low water pressure in the shower. The toilet (room 304) made noise all of the time. Breakfast on Saturday, March 22, was non existeent until someone came around 8:30am. Apparently the woman who prepares the breakfast did not come in that morning.

Brand new and clean. Free parking and a nice continental breakfast. I worked with staff when I stayed and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are a good size and bed is comfortable. When I visit the area again I will choose this hotel for my stay.

Fairly new hotel which was very clean. Even though our room faced the main roadway it was quiet.

Upon this stay, I was requested to provide a credit card for incidentals. Prior stay(1 week before) I wasn't asked this. I was given a room that was already occupied. My concern is that my cc could have been charged for another guests incidentals.

The plastic piece on the shower door wasn¿t on properly so it allowed water to come out of the shower and the fan didn¿t work in the bathroom but we told the front desk attendant when we checked out. These were minor issues and we would stay again!

Bed was uncomfortable. Satellite channels kept breaking up. Found a pair of women's used underwear on the floor. Breakfast was limited and not restocked at 9am. Breakfast hours 7-10am

The friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel/room

I liked that the hotel was very clean, including the room. We requested plain scrambled eggs for breakfast, and they kindly provided them for us every day.

I did not like that the breakfast did not include pastries such as croissants. Additionally, although we stayed for three nights, the room was cleaned only once, even though we requested daily housekeeping.

We love staying here it’s always clean and comfortable. We tired the new hotel that is near and didn’t like it at all so we are back to this hotel…

Overall good time. The app to book put my name wrong and had hard time getting my points bonvoy .

Breakfast was not very good needs work

The water pressure was HORRIBLE and one of the mornings there was no hot water for about 30 minutes. There was also not a good selection of hot food at breakfast, but the staff and the hotel itself was great. Nice, friendly, and clean

Manager/staff on duty was so friendly and polite. (African American Male around 4pm on 3/29/2025). He advised of things to do in the area and was attentive to our needs.

The water pressure in the bathroom was not that great, but the water was hot so that evened it out.

We loved how clean this property is and the amazing breakfast.

The guy that checked us in was friendly and polite. The property was clean. Breakfast was good and fully stocked. The beds were comfortable heating, air, elevators all worked well and the shower was a nice size and with good water pressure.

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t opened that was one reason we chosen this property. Pillows could have been a little more comfortable and the water in the bathroom sink took a minute to warm up.
