Comfort Suites Whitsett - Greensboro East

Comfortable bed and friendly staff

The pool was closed and the bathroom shower head was very dirty

The breakfast & the rroms are pretty nice. I also enjoy their pool when I use it.

location plus impressive mattresses! thanks

n/a just overnight stay <8 hrs

cleanest breakfast staff great. we were right at the elevator

Location was great, clean, nice staff great coffee.

The only critique was that breakfast was 6-9, 6-10 would have been better. There was a back light behind the TV we could not find a a switch to turn it off. The switches and lighting in general was a little crazy in thst room (230)

The hotel was very nice and quiet. I loved the decor in the room & it was very spacious. The breakfast was just enough, with a nice variety of options. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

good location, friendly atmosphere and staff

Looked and smelled clean. Good location near restaurants and a grocery store.

good location, bed was pretty good

did not service room, did not take out trash or restock bathroom

They did a fantastic job renovating this hotel. The rooms are gorgeous & very comfortable. They still have a great free breakfast too.

The room was freshly renovated, very nice. Bed was great.

The ac unit looked old & the room was stale smelling, had to air out.pillows could have been regular size, not throw pillow size.

Check in was easy, room clean, bed very comfortable

Leaving It.

Waited 35 minutes at desk to check in, clerk took couple behind me first. When we entered the room found that it was not cleaned, located a housekeeper and she cleaned the room for us while we waited. Would not offer a AAA or Senior discount.

Clean, the breakfast was good, the room was well set.

Our offspring had a soccer tournament in Greensboro. So location was great. Just a 20 minute drive. Also close to a lot of restaurants. Breakfast in the lobby was decent. Nice large room. No bumping elbows with other guests!

staff was friendly and helpful.

location for event planned

breakfast wasnt offered on day of check out just coffee :(

Spacious room and courteous staff.

The breakfast was sparse in choices.

the location was convenient, right off the interstate. nice towels and comfortable bed.

the room smelled and the bathroom was so small that the door was always in the way.

Friendly staff, very clean, convenient location. Would definitely visit again!

Walls are thick, room is quiet, staff is efficient. I've stayed at multiple hotels in the Burlington area and this one has been by far my favorite for cleanliness, consistency, location and quiet. My hotel of choice for this area. Near Lyons Grocery store

My second stay my room wasnt as tidy. Still doing COVID breakfasts. Cannot wait until we can have some eggs, sausage and bacon.
