Quality Inn Whiteville North

Check in was super slow, got to my room and found blood and pee stained sheets, called down to report it and all I was told to do was just pull off the stained comforter.. very unsanitary and not professional. Non smoking room and obviously smoked in.

Well isn't smell bad.

Yes breakfast there was none really. The refrigerator didn't work. They need to really up date the look and better breakfasts.

Stains on bed room smelled musty

Mattresses need to be replaced We had a non-smoking room but it smelled like it They had microwave sausage biscuits ; like what you would get in a machine. You can have cold cereal or yogurt. They did have waffle maker. Do not recommend.

Overall, nice room. Breakfast was below average and the bathroom needed some improvements.

Bathroom and breakfast choices. The staff made us feel welcomed, especially the 11pm to 7 am staff member. She was very helpful and pleasant.

Nothing out standing.

The advertisement was misleading. Traveling with my granddaughters and you see "Free Breakfast", you would expect a little more than a 2 inch frozen sausage biscuit in a brown paper bag.

Leaving. There was nothing positive about this hotel and the experience was substandard in every possible way. I have traveled EXTENSIVELY and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none.

The room had and overpowering sour and moldy smell. The bathroom had extensive mold. The paint was extensively stained and discolored. This hotel is an embarrassment and the owner should be FORCED to renovate or shut down by Choice Hotels.

The location

Room smelt like mold, the door wasn't securely locked. The water pressure was horrible.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

We were handed a brown bag with a choice of a sausage biscuit or a egg and cheese biscuit, which we had to heat up in the microwave. There was no juice, no fruit, no yogurt because the breakfast room wasn¿t open. We had to eat in our room.

For some unexplained reason the breakfast area was closed and only two styles of a "boxed" breakfast was available.

Friendly staff and very very clean!

No elevator.. was traveling without my husband and have bad back issues and have a weight limit for carrying.. was put in a 2nd floor room originally. Thankful had a room on first floor to change too!

It was a quiet hotel. The bed was nice and soft and I had a comfortable nights rest every night.

The door to the toilet and shower was annoying, but I could deal with it.

The front desk staff were very engaging. They went above and beyond for any requests. Also the free breakfast buffet was DELICIOUS

Everything was great

It was close to the main road so it was easy to come and go to our event. And the restaurants were close by. And the area had good outdoor lighting so I felt comfortable.

The shower water was so cold and it never got hot. It was cold and raining outside so we just wanted a hot shower. But everything else was fine.

Breakfast food could be better and offer more options

Our bathroom was small and I would have preferred sink and mirror in the bathroom it exposed you to be dressed in the bathroom no privacy and our room had missing panel

Facility was clean it was nice there was no problems the staff was wonderful only problem I had was the breakfast

The breakfast was not from what I was expecting
