Staff, location, roominess.

The room, staff, and especially the hot breakfast were among the best we have ever stayed at. I don't remember names, sorry to say, but the two ladies we met were extremely helpful, polite and so very nicd to talk to. We will be back and recommend them.

I wouldn't change a thing - our stay there was a pleasure.

Bright, neat, good amenities, excellent second shift counter woman. Parking, WiFi, continental breakfast are all included. Just one exit from very good casual dining.

My shower did not drain well.

Very friendly staff and very clean room . Room smelled wonderful. Very nice breakfast food and breakfast area!

We arrived at hotel, and were not booked.

We stayed at a different hotel, and would like my money back.

That they are insensitive towards traumatic life events. My mother passed and they refuse to give me a refund. Normally I would understand but not with this situation.

Rooms were very clean. The hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated, and there are some areas that need additional work, so I DOC them a few points because of that. Also it¿s a very tight squeeze to get the luggage carts in and out of the elevators on the room level floors.

Water pressure in room 226 was terrible. Not enough to shower and wash hair. I've stayed her several times. This is first time there was a problem at all.

Breakfast was acceptable

Although the lobby area was updated, this hotel needs a real updating, shabby in all the corridors, needed painting, bathroom updates were very unprofessional, window shades were torn, dirt in the corners, bed mattress needed replaced, overall poor.

I like the price and the breakfast option was very good.

It was just alittle out of the way for me but that was ok.

Shabby, needs refurb , rooms clean but worn out Elevators in really poor condition

Location. Hotel was convenient to our destination and the interstate.

Our non-smoking room and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke.

Front desk didn''t answer the phone when I was calling to get a later checkout. So I called the local phone number and someone answered. They did approve 12 oclock check out instead of the 11 AM checkout. This made me very happy!

Location was ideal for our trip and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great.

The room evidently was not cleaned very well prior to our stay. The room appeared clean, but along the bed there were bristles from a hair brush and under the pillow on the chair was a can of tobacco, which was not ours.

Staff was very personable and helpful - they seemed to do the best they could with what they had.

Odd sort of humid scent in the lobby. Air conditioning didn't seem able to keep up with room humidity. Weedy landscaping/sidewalks. Seemed under-staffed.

Convenient, quiet very clean everything works, staff is very nice. Not one problem

No problem to report

The staff. I had to move rooms 2 times due to an older smell in the room that I was allergic to but the staff was fantastic and asked no questions along with moving me quickly.

The location wasn't the best but it was close to the highway. Very convenient.

The only staff that was descent acting was the lady who checked us in.
