I would have to say the staff was the best thing about this hotel. They are the meaning of southern hospitality. They were friendly, welcoming, respectful, and polite. They made us want to book with them again.

Clean room and bath.

Making me pay for coffee in the morning? Pay for breakfast? Really?

Check in, room was modern

Maintenance left looked like air filters in the room lying on the chair. Shower plate was standing up in the shower and was not put in it?s place.

The room & view were nice

My 2024 Tesla now has 1,000 scratches from a leaf blower & curb rash on two rims from the garage parking it's gonna cost me thousands to get fixed.

I had no issues at all. The hotel was clean. My room was clean. I didn¿t bother the staff and the staff didn¿t bother me. No complaints at all.

The outdoor seating patio areas was nice- although staff did not keep up on cleaning the area

Very poor staff- Didn't clean room, supply towels, empty garbage- etc.. Always saw staff standing around on their cell phones- Areas of hotel were not cleaned.

The cleanliness of the facility

The rooms were small small, and you literally had to request housekeeping to clean, makeup the beds and change the towels out..The beds were uncomfortable, mattress were hard, this makes you ready to go home.

The staff was really friendly. Our room was nice sized. Decent hotel for the area.

Understaffed, unclean room, gave us the bedding to make our own beds, had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean our own room. Could not cancel reservation nor get a refund. Instead they offered us free breakfast from the nasty unstaffed hotel

It was a convenient location.

The cleaning staff were very clearly on drugs. There were also groups of people loitering in the area that made us check out and leave before dark.

The design of the room, comfort level of the beds and location.

The digital display for the thermostat was broken, which made it difficult to pick a set point for the temperature. Also, the walls were super thin which meant my teen and I could hear ALL of the goings-on of our neighbors.

Everyone was great , the room was spotless

I did not like they do not change the linen on the beds daily.
