Pros +
- The room had the proper handicap bars in the bathroom which made it extremely convenient for my disability challenges.
- The entire staff at this hotel was so amazing to my entire family (about 35 people) our rooms were clean and smelled great. The hotel was supper clean and staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs
- The breakfast and how super nice the staff is.
Cons -
- The Internet absolutely sucks, ended up using my personal hotspot to work. Also the TV did not work properly but kudos to the staff the did manage to rectify that problem.

- Yes, being put in a room with out air conditioning, being told the pool was open just to find out out wasn't, having the fire depr called because the kitchen staff burned cookies and being put on a room that was not clean... twice!!

It's clean and quiet. The staff is friendly.
The bathroom had hair in the tub and on the shower wall.
