The room had the proper handicap bars in the bathroom which made it extremely convenient for my disability challenges.

The Internet absolutely sucks, ended up using my personal hotspot to work. Also the TV did not work properly but kudos to the staff the did manage to rectify that problem.

The entire staff at this hotel was so amazing to my entire family (about 35 people) our rooms were clean and smelled great. The hotel was supper clean and staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs

Yes, being put in a room with out air conditioning, being told the pool was open just to find out out wasn't, having the fire depr called because the kitchen staff burned cookies and being put on a room that was not clean... twice!!

The bathroom had hair in the tub and on the shower wall.

Breakfast wasn't bad.. just ok. Shower(water pressure) was good.

The bed wasn't good at all. It was lumpy and too soft that I couldn't sleep. It wasn't that clean, either.

I wish it had a spa and a bigger sign from the road. Pretty tight turn if you aren¿t tracking directions on your phone

Every staff member we spoke with was friendly and helpful. The room was sufficient for our needs and everything was clean and well-maintained.

There could have been better signage at the road to indicate the entrance.

The staff were kind enough to accommodate me checking in early after a red eye flight and upgrade my room. Overall, the hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice.

Although my room appeared to be very clean, there was clothing left in the dresser from the previous occupant. Several of the staff were not wearing masks or were wearing them pulled down to their chin regardless of mandatory postings around the hotel.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially due to my reason was for being there was attending a funeral. The staff and the location were very welcoming and helpful in this difficult time. The complimentary breakfast and extra detail for the room was a Goldstar.

The front-desk staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. The king room was spacious and warm. Even the bathroom was roomy and inviting.

The vending machine on this floor would not accept money which meant I had to go to the 1st floor to get a soda.

It was close to my destination, the complimary breakfast was great and the bed was beyond comfy. I will be going back real soon

It was very clean the rooms was awesome soft pillows. The showers was clean the staff friendly. The hotel actually looked brand new the breakfast was good. Overall the location was excellent i will be staying again soon.

Clean room and fairly easy access. Short drive into Fayetteville and right down road from Ft. Bragg. Never had any issues with parking.

1) We weren't initially given the room we booked. We booked a suite but, upon arrival, they had none, so we had to move rooms day 2. No offer of compensation was made 2) They did not come clean our room on day 3 of our 4 day stay.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Very new and clean. The kitchen lady does a bang up job every morning. We will stay there again!!

Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Seemed to want to ensure our stay was great. Lady with spiky red hair was awesome

Mattress was the most comfortable we have ever slept on! Room is furnished with everything you could need. Overall a very comfortable room to stay in.

Air conditioning unit and refrigerator are too loud. The hotel was difficult to find because it is set back off the street and the sign was hidden by trees.
