Pros +
- It was clean
- I liked how the property was off in the cut away from the road
- Location was good
Cons -
- The lady and the man working at the front desk were very rude and nasty and disrespectful towards me and the hospital keepers don’t speak English
- I didn’t like the fact that it was musty, the rooms are old. It took 2 hours for the room to cool down. There was no soap only shampoo. The beds were the worst I’ve ever slept in. And they weren’t even busy but put me and my kids on the second floor. They also don’t have an elevator so don’t have big bags like we did.
- The room was beyond filthy. The furniture was so dirty, we refused to even touch it. The toilet had urine all over it and the bed had pubic hair on it and looked like it hadnt been changed. The floors were black with filth, when I wiped a rag over it. When I complained, I was told that hair being on sheets and looking like it hadn't been made was normal. No ma'am, it is not normal. I can only post 4 pictures. I have so many more.

Location was good

The cleanliness of the room. I stayed several nights and they cleaned and gave me fresh towels every day. The staff was very nice.
The breakfast might be better if they had fresh fruit, maybe yogurt too. The waffles are great, but would have liked butter.
