Room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom

The employees are extremely pleasant and helpful. always with a smile for the guests.

The rooms were clean, but they didn't come to clean every day. You had to say what cleaning you wanted.

Stains on beds, curtains & lamp shades from bed bug infestation (didn't find live bugs). Overall room not clean (dusty, dirty, stains). Our room was entered by hotel staff despite us having the DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door.

The rooms were so clean and smelled so fresh when we walked in. The staff was super accommodating. Had a little trouble with our TV remote, and they were up to the room in a flash taking care of the problem.

The staff here were terrific. Caring, friendly, positive, professional & accommodating.

The rooms are a little dated & in need of a minor refresher but everything is very clean & works.

Location to event.

Dirty - especially the bathtub - which was the only reason I picked this particular hotel.

One of the rooms we stayed in had a messed up door. Looked like someone had tried to pry it open. It was very hard to close and we barely got it closed.

Surprisingly clean and quiet. Considering the location, I was hesitant. Staff was super friendly and they take pride in their establishment. Would stay again. 0

This is my favorite place to stay in Shelby. Always comfortable, clean, and the staff is great.

Friendly staff

Heat/Air did not work properly. Cold air coming in from unit when it wasn¿t on. Couldn¿t get the heat regulated. Staff came in to adjust. But still has the same issue. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable.

Run down wall in shower but everything else in the room looked great.

Room smelled of mold,trash in bathroom,shower never drained after use...disgusting

Unable to sleep because the room smelled of cigarette smoke. All rooms are nonsmoking, however the occupant in the adjoining room was smoking. The smell was seeping through the connecting door. Management could not move us because they were fully booked.

I love this hotel! It's clean, smell good and has a wonderful staff. I am enjoying my stay.

Cleaning but I forgot 2 of my new shirts in the closet and called and them and they say they never saw them I know for a fact I left those items just forgot too get them outta closet what I was told was they never seen them which did they just disappear w

ALL staff were friendly, patient, helpful. Rooms + bath very clean + fresh. Bed + pillows extremely comfortable. Multiple TV channels plus HBO. Hot breakfast and WiFi included. Every stay here is CONSISTENTLY pleasant, where service is still practiced.

Decaf coffee was barely lukewarm, no matter what time of day, but especially at breakfast where it was obvious that the regular coffee was steaming hot. Having to microwave coffee did not make it enjoyable. WiFi service repeatedly went off line.

Hotel was fairly old, but room was very clean and had new furnishings. Bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths.
