Room was clean and all of the appliance worked

Breakfast was lacking. Juice was hot. Only cereal and a protein bar were available. Breakfast had been much better on previous visits. No shampoo or hair dryer anymore.

False advertisement they have no breakfast. I had to change rooms at least three times before I got a room that didn’t look like a “trap house”. The rooms are way overpriced for what they have to offer.

No light bulbs in a lot of the fixtures in the room. Cigarette hole in the sheets. No toilet seat lid. No blow dryer. Towels felt like they came from a prison. Walls were as thin as paper. Could hear everything.

It was relatively inexpensive and close to to our mother's house.

I could have sworn that I booked a room with two beds, but in order to get one, I had to pay an additional $10. Plus, I was forced to give a $25 deposit, which was returned to me in the morning. There were weird things as well.

Room was left wide open when I went to check in. No towels. Room was smoky.

checking out was the best, ecerything was in poor condition holes in bed covers towel bar laying in counter old carpet everything patched up , a/c worked and did have hot water TV ok

Nothing!

It was a very dirty and run down location. The pictures online do not reflect the current room conditions. There were people drinking iutside amongst other things. I did not feel safe.

Appeared to be clean and sanitary.

The worst maintained motel I have ever stayed in. Towel racks had been broken off leaving holes in the walls. Toilet paper holder us 1/2 missing with the toilet paper on the back of the commode. Hole in the wall behind the entry door. Burn hole in spread.

Absolutely nothing

Yes the rooms smelt like cigarettes. Beds were uncomfortable and the room didn't have the air conditioner on took forever to cool down.

Nothing the room the ceiling was falling apart the pool was not available never again

Location & no bugs

Everything was broken & dilapidated. Holes in walls. Door didn't lock from outside. Shake it & it would pop open so I slept barricaded. Open Marijuana use outside. *NO REFUNDS ONCE U CHK IN* So you're stuck. DEF NOT 2 STARS. But no bugs & I woke up alive.

It had a bed to sleep on.

No shower head, no wash cloths, no hand towel, only one towel. When I went to the office was only given one towel and one wash cloth for two adults to take a shower, parts of room was only half cleaned. Cold coffee and protein bars for breakfast. :(

The lady that checked me in was nice

Nothing. Room was not clean. No cups or soap I'm the room. Hair and ponytail holder in bed. Bulbs missing in lamp.

Location convenient to downtown Shelby.

Found three live Bed Bugs on pillow and mattress. Carpet had dirty shoe prints from the door over to the bed. No soap in the room. No trash cans. Only enough towels and a wash cloth for one person when there were two guests.

For the most part, a clean, decent room.

The TV remote control didn't work well. They didn't serve breakfast like they said they would.

Low deposit. It was close to a few fast food restaurants and stores but that's it.

Day shift manager/owner is not friendly. He makes up prices or charges for things as he goes or according to if you make him angry or upset, which doesn'ttake much. Charged $10 for staying over another night&said I couldn't rebook room from my room.

This hotel was utterly filthy!

This hotel was utterly filthy! The first room they said I said had such a strong mold smell they moved us. The next room we saw a roach, the bathroom floor and behind the toilet was dirty, and blood splatter in 3 of the bathroom walls. DISGUSTING
