Hampton Inn Sanford

Food was poor and almost none when went at 7 am. Waited 30 minutes and very poor service . attention to customers . Left plug in room call back soon and denied it there.

Hotel property is nice.

The room smelled very musky, and the AC vent was covered with mold. Totally unacceptable.

Room was no where near listing . Was billed as a whirlpool, triple room . Staff stated they never had such a room .

As soon as we opened the door we could smell how clean the room was. No sprays to cover any odors. Large room. Will stay there again.

The toilet bowls need updating. It was so low to the floor. Husband has had hip replacement so it was a little difficult to sit for him.

Yes they advertised a whirlpool tub so that¿s the reason I bought the room and when we arrived we got a shower stall no tub. The front desk said they don¿t have whirlpool tubs that¿s just the name brand of the tub. Who advertise¿s the name brand? Smh

Close to restaurants and shopping.

Noisey. Hear every step in the room above. Poor plumbing. Faucet not hardly attached. Took 3 coffee pots to get one that worked. Pitiful breakfast snack to go. Housekeeping knocking on door at 8:30 while we are trying to shower. Terrible. Will not rebook

Hallway (my room was on the first floor) was badly damaged. Room doors were scratched and "banged up", and walls were marked and scratched.

Location was central for this small town. Close to where I needed to be.

Our room was in the midst of renovation! Blue tape on doors, damage on inside of room door, poor tile workmanship, gaps between air condition and wall showing insulation,handle missing off of sliding shelf in bathroom exposing rough screws, towels rough.

Close to family we were visiting. Staff was super nice, as always. We have stayed here numerous times over the years, and have always been happy with our stay.

Elevator acts up sometimes. Minor thing, but only thing that could use a little attention.

Very impressed with the cleanliness; the bathroom in particular was spotless, very helpful and friendly staff.

Small room, tv remote didn't work.

FELT AS IF THE VALUE WASN'T THERE. PRICE WAS MORE THAN USUAL FOR A HOTEL WITH 2.5 STARS

We stayed 2 nights. On Sat house keeping took our dirty towels never came back to replace with clean towels. Our bed was not made. I spk to front desk, was informed the D & D sign was out. The room was empty from about 10 Am till 4 pm. Not happy

The Staff is friendly and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times.

The hotel is average compared to the other Hotels in the area.

Location and hot breakfast.

A little noise coming from the pool area, but I liked that the pool was shut down at 10 pm.

The greeting from the staff was very warm. I got myself up to my room on the 3rd floor but they did offer to help if I needed it. The breakfast was great (I had a make it yourself Belgium Waffle w/strawberries & whipped cream) the serving staff friendly.

The hotel was a little difficult to find, behind Taco Bell, the décor and amenities were not what I expect for $--- a night but the place was clean and staff helpful and friendly.
