- Not neat, cold I were asked for extra blanket but we did not get it
- When checking in, the manager rushed in seemingly mad at employee and was rude overall. At 10:55, phone started to ring, I'm assuming for checkout; I was already walking out very impatient and rude man. 1st time encountering him,everyone else was nice.
- Slight problem with TV monitor. Staff fixed it for me.
