Computers were down no Internet. Staff needed to walk you to your room to unlock the door.

Wow, it’s difficult to choose because I liked everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The grounds were immaculate. Great breakfast and wonderful staff members.

The hotel and room was clean. Main lobby smelled good. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. and

I had a problem with the hotel telling me I didn't pay for the room. I luckily brought the confirmation with me and the next day I was told I had paid.

My room was not stocked well with toilet paper or towels. The room was not fully cleaned, but it was not awful.

I was so impressed with EVERYTHING at this hotel that I went out of my way to tell the staff. It was so clean, so modern and thoughtfully put together (could us a wall swivel mirror to see back of head when doing hair) and the staff was kind-proficient

Not a thing. Breakfast was awesome and plentiful. Available ice and water for a continued trip was near the front door

Great value for the rate. Open air concept for first floor was very inviting. Staff was very helpful. The entire hotel was so clean.

The rooms cleanliness was lacking, especially in the bathroom.

I paid a $50.00 incidental fee at check-in. The room flooring was dirty, pillowcases stained, bathroom sink did not have hot water and the water pressure was low. On the day of check out, a room attendant used his key to walk in my room unannounced.

Love that there is no carpet in room. Nice walk in shower and comfortable bed. Built in Luggage rack/seating and builtin desk.

It was clean, new, staff was very kind and location was great for traveling on I95.

The room had a pleasant smell to it: clean sheets, bright, nice size tv and friendly atmosphere

Make sure all towels are clean: found a wax substance on a towel. Make sure floor is swept: found a hall of hair on the floor. Noticed the water in the sink was draining very slowly: it was like that when I got there . Great hotel overall though

It was clean. Their free breakfast was great. The kids loved the pool and the pool table. I liked that they had premium coffee available in the lobby.
