Quality Inn Rocky Mount near Event Center

Nothing. It was dirty, smelled, there were bugs, comforters were stained, and rooms had security issues (ie peephole was an actual hole in the door). Do not recommend. We did not stay.

The hotel was filthy: 1. open gap to the outside next to the window causing mold and bugs. 2. bathroom smelled like vomit. second room: 1. stained comforter 2. peep hole was a hole in door. Did not stay for cleanliness and security concerns.

The bed had clean sheets and the A/C worked.

The room had a bad strong smell that gave me a head ache, the shower had no pressure, there was a stickyness all over the place, the door was hard to open. Had satellite instead of cable (never seen that) and it stormes bad and had no tv the entirw time.

Location and first floor access

No elevator to Upper level, the walls between rooms were not soundproof, due to the storm ice covered the parking area and was dangerous.

adjacent to highway, south end of Roanoke. Very low price. I just needed a shower and a bed to rest in during long road trip. I was only awake in room for less than an hour.

Air conditioner must have had mold or something because the air it was blowing smelled like urine. I sprayed myself and pillow with cologne to cover the smell. The room was pretty sparse and the furniture and linens were very.... "budget oriented".

Well-mannered employees(front desk) and the lady that cooks(fix) breakfast was very nice.

When the renovations are done, it will be a very nice place.

Sadly, the bright security lights blazed into the room all night. The window coverings were inadequate.

The rooms are a bit small but were clean and the customer service was excellent.

Bathroom needs longer shower curtains.

The only thing I enjoyed about this hotel is that my honey was with me through the trial. This was possibly the worst hotel experience I?ve ever had. I have a 2 rating for staff bc the two young ladies were polite.

No hot water. When asking for another room and front desk man threatened to charge me for an addt?l room bc he said he can?t do anything about the hot water. No apology, no comp, Terrible attitude, construction materials everywhere, Filthy rooms.

The staff was professional and kind. Luv the idea of 100 cash deposit and returned immediately after room check at check out.

The metal bed frames CHEAP OUT the quality. Squeak at rolling over when asleep....boo. That's all. ??

For the star rating it was very nice. Our room was a good size and clean. Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. TV worked well. The hotel is very near lots of shopping and food options. Breakfast was typical( coffee, cereal, yogurt, etc)

No Met my needs for a decent and relatively inexpensive place to sleep on my long drive.

Yes, I did not like the room was so small. The bed was squeaky. Also the guest enter from the outside. It is not safe for a woman traveling alone. I would not stay there again.
