Cons -

I dont know where to begin, from the lack of customer service at the front desk, to the dirty room. We went from nasty hair in the sink, to ants all over the bathroom, to an extremely loud noise coming from the heater at 1 am that did not turn off at all

Bed way to low. Not for older people. Diverter in tub horribly ineffective. Not enough towels/washcloths.
