Room was very small. A cat had sprayed in the room and the odor is still there

very biker friendly, even had drying/wiping towels in the foyer for us to use on our scoots.

don't like the high tourist prices.

The young lady at the reception desk has very bad customer service and talked to me with an attitude she told me that if I didn’t like the customer service I can leave and I have a job there and I stay 6 days a week this happened Friday afternoon.

Stayed here several times. Good location,friendly staff..good value for money.

The TV is the only thing, no real channels unless you want to stream.

This hotel is nice enough. And clean.It has a recent remodel. The room comes with a refrigerator and a microwave. I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and did not experience any of the undesirable issues I'm listening below.

I did not like that we were not provided clean towels after the first night. We had to retrieve them ourselves. They never came to tidy our room. I really don't care if they make my bed or not. I appreciate clean towels and having the trash emptied.

I was very happy with this hotel. Very clean, comfortable and the staff was some of the friendliest people.

I was a bit uneasy being alone and this seems to be a big 'biker' hotel but I had no problems at all and overall felt safe!

They gave away my prepaid room & re-sold it. I called to say we would be checking in the 2nd day due to travel delay, but still paying for the full stay. Arrived 2nd day for my daughter¿s wedding. Room sold again & no more availability. It was bad.

Convenient location and they welcome our esa animals wi the out a problem.

A little noisy since it¿s right by a main road.

Clean, good location to mountain roads

Room was small and a little cramped....my husband walked into the refrigerator more than once due to the narrow walk space

This reservation was changed the day it was made. There was a date discrepancy and I resolved it the day I made it.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, and clean room.

There is not much parking and the ax unit was struggling.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast DELICIOUS, and the room and premises were very clean. The bed and linens were quite comfortable.

The room was a bit on the small side, but this did not affect my overall experience.

Location, comfortable beds

Bathroom light fixture wasn¿t working on the wall & the lighted mirror wasn¿t enough. Needs heater in bathroom. Needs hot healthy choices like oatmeal or eggs for breakfast.

The breakfast was great

Small room, was reserved for two beds, got one. Only one soap and one shampoo. Tv did not work, when I told them about it they said that I could check out if I was not happy. Staff didn't seam to care at all.

Very clean and nice. Staff was excellent. Breakfast provided was more than I expected it to be. The restaurant right beside called the Willow Tree was outstanding as well!
