- The hotel room looked like a half way room for recovering addicts
- the bed covering was molded/mildewed. it was nasty. the room itself was ok- no bag in trashcan, things left from previous guests- the man at the front desk was super nice - but the overall hotel was nasty- a couple arguing in parking lot.
- Staff were fabulous friendly empathetic and very helpful helping me with my belongings opening doors.
Cons -
- - Very filthy - Sheets have stains - Made me wait for 1 hour - Bathroom door missing - Floor sticky and had bad smell
- Reservation was made Hotel responded no room Canceled Reservation.we applied for the credit card approved for discount Icalled your company They assured me no charge now I received this survey I found a hotel on our own much higher What a disappointment
- Bathroom faucet ran constantly Fighting and an attempt to enter my room around 2:30AM WALLS WERE FILTY despite the dark color paint Roaches everywhere
