Great location, clean facilities and helpful staff

Bathroom could use additional hanging hooks/ towel bars

This was my 2nd time booking here and i can truly say they made Me and My Husband feel welcome for our Honeymoon the staff Cindy in which I met upon arrival was very friendly and Taylor aka Tay that works at level 7 too Kennedy that works at front desk. The hotel and the location is great. Very clean always smells good. Just over all will definitely not be my last time.

Great location, and good amenities. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and very modern and the bar was very nice as well. The gym was also very nice.

The sink basin was cracked and was poorly repaired. The shower head was leaking and spraying water on the ceiling. This is personal preference but the room layout was very odd in my opinion. The sink is in the middle of the room with no privacy at all.

The location is always great. The staff is usually s little bit friendlier also. The Valet Parking staff was very polite like always, not so much for the front desk.

There is no access to a microwave. We were there this weekend through the tropical storm and brought back food from a restaurant that decided to close earlier because of the weather and later couldn’t warm up the food and there was no plastic ware available neither. Might be a good idea to have that, even if it’s just one microwave on the main floor.

The location, so much to do right in that area. I loved it!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It’s beautiful.

I didn't try the breakfast this time, I've stayed here the last four years every July, last year we tried the breakfast it was not a good experience. the location was great.

at arrival there was confusion as how to enter the hotel, there was construction and window cleaning happening. room cleanliness left over items from previous guests. my room had a very strong oder of Marijuana no called front desk no one came to check had to go to front desk.
