The staff were kind and friendly.
The HVAC unit squeaked VERY loudly. There were holes in the ceiling from previous water leaks. The shower didn't drain well. We couldn't get more than 3 towels for our family of 5. The pull-out couch was smaller than a twin bed and didn't fit 2 kids.
