Small beds and room, front desk staff not helpful

Beds were very very hard worst nights sleep I ever had Told desk person she did not believe me

The location is great, especially if you want to drive up Pisgah Mountain to take in the scenery. The Continental Breakfast was very good and being able to get coffee or hot water for tea at any time was great!

Staff was excellent and the location was convenient.

Our key cards didn't always open the outside door of the hotel. A grill would anice amenity.

So many great things things to say about this hotel. Extremely pet friendly, staff was so friendly, breakfast was different every day, accommodated MTBs, very clean, and was in a great location to get to town and to the Pisgah or Dupont forests

tv channels were limited, but I wasn't there to watch tv anyways!

The room was a lot bigger than I thought it would be, plus there was a mini frig and a microwave. It was extremely close to the Pisgah Forest which was perfect. We also loved the warm chocolate chip cookies that were out in the lobby in the evening!

Great location and great service. The lady that is charge of the breakfasts was extremely kind and accommodating. Room was clean and well stocked. Overall a good visit.

The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nicely appointed. And the location is perfect. We've stayed at this motel multiple times and have never had a bad experience.

No complaint, just be aware the hotel sits in heavily forested area and is not visible from the highway. Need to go through Walmart parking lot to reach driveway to hotel. GPS came in handy.

Beds were uncomfortable (unlike most Hampton Inns), and directions to the hotel took you through the Walmart parking lot. Staff was not knowledgeable or helpful about the area for recommending a restaurant.
