Pros +

• Staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, and the area is quiet.
• It's small and charming. It's quiet, clean, and the staff are very friendly.
• The desk person was nice. TV and internet worked fine. Bed was comfortable. Price was very reasonable for what you got.

Cons -

• The smell of the cleaning products used is not pleasant. Every time we stay here, I hope that the room won't smell so strong.
• Even though I had a medical emergency that required my trip to be cut short, the hotel would not offer any credit or adjustment.
• The room had a smell but it was tolerable. The air/ heating unit was noisy. You could hear the traffic.
