Hotel rooms are listed as smoke free however, the room reeked of cigar smells. I purchased air sprays to assist in getting rid of room odors and because bedding wasn't the cleanness, I Lysol sprayed down the bed before getting into it.

This is probably the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The blankets on the bed was dirty with cigarettes stains. Any time we would go back to the room we had to go front desk to let us back in the room. The safe in the room couldn't open.

Hang out for local drunks

The facility needs updating & a deep cleaning.

The room was smelled, the bed sheets didn’t look clean, had no coffee maker. The key to the room didn’t work properly & the room curtains needs to be replace.

I saw 2 roaches in my room the shower was so small you basically touching the walls the room ranked of cigarette smoke

Unsafe and Filthy

The location was horrible. Even from the outside, it was dirty and unkempt. When I was shown my room, the employee went in before me to check if it was ready. The room was a downgrade from Motel 6. The room was filthy. There was dust everywhere, stains on the walls, and the chairs were stained. I was not comfortable with using the bathroom. I pulled the blanket (which reminded me of a military blanket), and the sheets were stained. The curtain was so flimsy it was blowing around because of the air flow from the air conditioner. The door's deadbolt did not close the door securely, and the chain on the door offered no additional security. I told the employee I did not feel safe at this property and left. I drove another hour to the Hampton Inn.

It wasn't clean the appearance gave a run down look the room was hot the ac didn't work the beds were hard and every time you moved they made so much noise.

Location to the campus and restaurants

Bed uncomfortable, staff mixed up my reservation, need new pillows and bedding. Room could be cleaner.

It needs newer furniture , the bathroom looks pieced together and was dirty . The only thing clean and or new in the room may have been the vanity which sat alone . There wasn’t a frigerator in the room . I paid for a deluxe suite … yeah right … someone must have thrown the couch out the window . $66 value but I have probably stayed there for the last time .

Could be much better although in a dessert town. was fixed up but ranned down again

Staff was rude after I finding out I had a dog in room which I did state that on reservation but unaware that I had to renotify them of this. Water leaks that could be fixed.

Multiple roaches in room, our “king suite” was a mechanical room. Staff extremely rude. We encountered an issue and the owner threw his hand in my face as to tell me to shut up.

I got sick due to moldy spell of room and pillows. The shower floor was dirty/stained. The covers were like a velour blanket. The microwave was on the nightstand under the lamp. The mini refrigerator was cake up with ice. No closet just hooks on wall behind the door.

Every single thing. The smell, the beds, the furniture. Mold. Every single thing was bad

Let's start with the room. The room initially looked clean but as soon as we started moving sheets there were clear sexual stains there was hair on the bed. questionable stains on the chairs. My daughter and I slept on the cleaner bed while my husband slept on the floor. The bathroom. The bathroom is separated into two spots where there's the shower in the toilet and one side and then sink on the other side of the door. which doesn't make any sense being in the closet. There was hair all over the sink and the bathroom it definitely is a handicap accessible bathroom however the overwhelming smell of molds and the septic tank was very apparent and my husband got a headache from sleeping here. I have a special needs child and I had to give them their breathing treatments as well as I had to give my healthy child breathing treatments as well as myself. On top of not being cleaned I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper. There was a house keeper's help wanted sign upon checking in that should have been my first sign however it was late and I am thankful for a bed however I would never recommend anyone stay here. If I could give negative Stars I would. I attached the only picture my husband took of the bathroom. Very visible mold. Not FDA compliant.

The location was convenient.

The pillows was falling apart and bed was extremely hard. The water didn't get hot only Luke warm. The staff wasn't hardly friendly. Half the lights didn't work.

Small property, but nice and clean.

Noisy parking lot and the non smoking room smelled like smoke.
