The hallways smelled like weed

I didn’t like the the swimming pool was closed. But besides that, I liked everything. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was good for my standard I don’t need much. Cleanliness was very good!! The elevators were clean and fresh.

Some of the staff were nice, others seemed to be into texting when a guest was standing in front of her at the desk. (Older white lady at that)

The shower had a big red stain in it, and nd when I mentioned it to the cleaners, they said they knew and did nothing about it. I bought Tilex and it came out.

The young lady that checked me in wasn't very friendly. THe worst part of the stay there was a roach in my room crawling on the nightstand.

Staff was very nice. The hotel was very clean.

The room had a little musky smell, but with a room deodorizer it was able to be resolved.

Nice peaceful clean hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. I liked the fact that there are 4 car chargers nearby

So nice, staff was amazing Breakfast staff was excellent. Wanted to make sure I had everything I wanted. Room was clean and super big. Would stay here again anytime.

It was clean, quiet, friendly & the price was very reasonable.

Nice hotel but not in the hustle and bustle of Goldsboro. Fairly quiet area. Staff was very kind. They have guest laundry on multiple floors.

There were some cob webs in the corners of the room. I did see a spider in the bathroom. There was a waffle machine but no sausage or bacon(meat) to go with it.

Great Location,friendly staff and clean rooms. The hotel has breakfast, a gym and laundry. It's close to stores and restaurants.

Sleep Inn & Suites Mount Olive is an amazing hotel and it's in a great location. Friendly people working there and the rooms are large, clean, comfortable and quiet. This is a great place to stay if you are in the area.

Cleanliness of the room and hotel, Location to major roadways, friendliness of the staff, has fitness room. Overall a very nice place to stay. I would make reservations here again and recommend it to others.

The ONLY downside to our stay was that our room was located at the first floor side entrance door. The closing mechanism causes the door to slam ¿and I do mean slam shut HARD! You could hear and feel the door shut every time, all hours, day and night.

Amazing hotel and everyone is friendly. I am new to North Carolina,just moved from New Jersey. The Hotel is clean,quiet and in a great location.

The website advertised a hot breakfast. When we choose a hotel we like to have breakfast there so that we can get on our way without stopping anywhere else. We found out the next morning it was a brown bag breakfast due to Covid.

Hotel was clean. Sanitation grade 100%. Staff was the friendliest I’ve encountered at a motel. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect.
