The staff was responsive, the room was clean, and the location was convenient.

I didn't love the $100 security deposit, but I can understand why it's required.

The price and the location.

The cleanliness was very poor! The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and marijuana! They have a huge problem with ants inside the rooms, as well! The manager, extremely rude, condescending, and does as little as possible to help customers!

The registration clerk was friendly and available when I needed him.

There was a report of criminal activity next door, which was a bit frightening. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Kids were running the hallway above me until 11:00 pm. No gym.

Absolutely nothing

This was the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. The person who was checking me in at the front desk, acted like they were strung out on drugs. She was hanging on the counter laying down, closing her eyes, Slurred speech incoherent. I was Terrified!

We had to change room three times because the locks were broken. We ended up staying in a handicap room with king size bed but paid for two double beds.

Didn?t like anything about the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and efficient.

The hotel appears to be in the middle of renovations. Work is being done in the lobby area. While the room I was in was updated, the air conditioning unit had not been replaced yet, which was a very old unit.

There are doors at each end and middle.

Nasty hair in sink. Tv stand and bedside stand not wiped. Maids had bad attitudes.

It was better than expected for rating of 2 1/2. Most of same rating are rather yucky with limited breakfast. This Sleep inn took pride in their hotel. Will definitely recommend this one to friends. Moderately priced too which all hotels should be.

They advertised pet friendly, but when we arrived to check in they said we had to pay $45 per night for our small dog., mgr not there said he would be at 7am, he wasn't, they said he would call, still no call after 3 days. All hall carpets stained, etc.

The price may have been the only thing good about this stay.

I have to say for a Sleep Inn it did not impress. Most Sleep Inns I have stayed in are much nicer. This one appeared rather run down. The A/C in the lobby and hallways was out the whole weekend. The towels and parts of the room appeared ragged.

Room was small. Heard squeaking noise all night breakfast was supposed to be a hot breakfast. Was frozen stuff to heat in microwave. All vending machines were out no juice or fruit

Friendly staff. Clean bathroom and hotel room. The bed was very comfortable. TV worked great.

I had to switch rooms because of the smoke smell. Ms. Dee switched me right away and the second room didn¿t have a smoke smell to it at all. Could use some minor updates.

Should not say pet friendly when it costs as much as a person to stay. Also don¿t know fee while booking rooms. I get the trick. Definitely not what I call friendly.

The bed, the breakfast. They were bad. Your website advertised that they had a hot breakfast and the only thing they had was a yogurt, a frozen sausage sandwich (which I don¿t eat) and coffee.

Check in staff was friendly. Room looked updated but 4 of us between 2 rooms all got bit by bed bugs. Notified management no response. Showed assistant manager pictures of about 30 bites. Told us manager would contact us. Friend called they hung up.
