Good breakfast and clean pool

My 1st room wasn't very clean and it had a bad smell

Chose it because it had a pool was unable to get into it once I arrived there

There were ants in the bed there was mold growing up in between slats of the floor the bathtub was disgusting and the nice white comforter on the bed had Burns all the way through it it was completely ripped apart and some spots and the floor was sticky

Our room was very hot when we entered. No air was on at all. Also, the refrigerator was not turned on. It took several hours for both the room and fridge to cool down.

it was filthy, with splatters of something? on the wall. I won't stay at hotel like this again. I almost left at 9:00pm but was just too tired to drive the 3 hours and no budget to book another hotel. I got out of there early in the morning.

It is near the interstate highway

We were there when the storm hit. We weren't able to get room service.

The person who checked us in. Not very friendly. Also there was a mandatory $100 deposit that was cash or debit only. Still waiting on my refund 3 days later

Room furnishings were dated. Outer face of bathroom door was damaged. The door should have been replaced immediately or the room not used. We were displeased with this lack of care for the facility and attitude toward visitors.

Nothing. It was outdated the staff was rude.

The first room they provided the light in the bathroom was so dim you couldn¿t even see in the mirror. Not to mention outdated completely . It was very musty and smell. Wedid give us a new room. The tub didn¿t drain nor the sink. And the manager so rude.

The price

The door was Extremely drafty and the room would not warm up . Very cold . Also the bathtub wouldn't drain very well and had to shower in standing water . They moved me the following day and that room had a very drafty door .

The office staff was quite friendly and helpful.

This hotel has doors accessing directly to the outside. The slip lock on our room was broken. When I asked, I was told that they would not replace them until they were repainting. Poor concerns for guest safety.

Beds were comfortable

Wow, it needs major work! The outside looks terrible. Weeds everywhere. Rooms are old and musty. Parking lot did not feel safe. Toilet made an awful noise. We felt it is just not taken care of. Saw roaches too.

The hotel was close to the medical facility where I had a procedure scheduled which made it easy to get transportation to and from the facility.

I found the check-in staff less than competent and helpful. They charged me $--- even though I had paid online in May. They did not explain what the extra fee was for. The room was not very clean, especially the TV remote.

Location is convenient and easily accessible to interstate and etc.

Staff. Room is in need of upgrades and repairs. Outlets are not correct and need repairs. Lamps, Outlets did not work.

There was no security lock on our room door. Tv didn¿t work and it was very run down. Wouldn¿t stay there again.

It was actually a clean and nice hotel. I was worried about its quality but yes, it lived up to its name-- quality inn. breakfast was nice--room was clean. Area was safe.

Only stayed one night

Very dated. Security bolt was broken. Did not feel real safe since door was open to the outside.Carpet was old. Breakfast was acceptable.

Location to I-40

Allowed other renters to play their truck radios LOUDLY while outside drinking and smoking both nights. Staff did nothing to quiet them!!!

I extended my stay one day and lady at desk tried to charge us a pet fine. I paid for our pets the first day. We only stayed 3 nights. She made mistake didn't acknowledge an was rude. We let them know the light in rstroom/shower had a bad flicker. No repa
