The room was clean and fresh

My tub stopped working but they fixed it fast.

Location and staff

The rooms looked dated carpet needs to be changed

Had to be moved rooms bc of the AC unit was screaming. 2nd room had double beds rather than king size.

My keys never worked and had to have the staff open for me every time. Staff was also not friendly, front desk was left unattended for about 10 minutes we had to wait.

Hotel was close to town and lots to do around.

Pool was closed the day we came. Was closed 2 hours for treatment then they just decided not to open it at all. Rooms had a terrible smell.

Needs drastic refurbishing - worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at what is happening you use to be so good? I have pictures of the water stains on the ceiling I can send and the smell of mold was disgusting, elevators broken.

Clean, well designed and appointed.

One maintenance issue: toilet handle disconnected from tank.

Way overpriced. I've stayed at 4 stars for less than I paid for this room. Price gouging(?) because of the NCAA DII Cross Country Meet in Wingate?

All amenities were as advertised. Very clean and friendly

Was very disappointed on my first night. At approximately 12:30 am a hockey team had checked in and proceeded to have a pizza party in the parking lot which is located in front of the hotel This very loud party continued until 4:00 am. No sleep was had.

Large water puddle in the front entryway and in the bathroom. I think it was a housekeeping issue as there were no other leaks. Did not get a chance to notify front desk to them being very busy. Cleaned up the water but there could have been an accident.

AC unit did take all night to get the temperature to a comfortable level. Otherwise, a very clean, comfortable room.

Exceptionally clean and many safety precautions in place as protection during Covid-19 concerns; Staff was very friendly and professional; Bed was super comfortable!

Process for hooking up to Wifi was not user-friendly, seemed to require signing up for rewards program to access, and then still could not get code to work. Desk staff provided alternate code when called, but still couldn't connect--gave up & went to bed.

The hotel staff was friendly and always available. My room was clean and presentable. The hotel is conveniently located off of the highway. It met my needs nicely.

Very nice hotel overall.

The first room smelled like smoke but we were promptly move to a non-smoking room.
