Dust, dirt and grime in all the corners, the A/C was covered in dust. Bathroom ceiling paint was peeling constantly and fell off as it heated up. Refrigerator smells and freezes everything, including all the coating in the fridge rotting off. There's more

Just about the only positive things I could say were the gentleman that checked me in was nice and helpful, and the rooms were spacious

Dirty. Mold in the fridge. Toilet, tub and sink were all clogged. I ended up fixing all that myself. Floor was disgusting. No slip stuff in the tub is flaking off. Plugs won't stay in outlets. Take your money elsewhere you'll be glad you did.

Location. Manager was kind enough to call me when I accidentally took a bath towel rather than just bill me for it.

Dusty, old room. Bed felt like it was still in a cardboard box. Parking lot had craters big enough to swallow a small car. $25 CHARGE at check in (room was pre paid). It will be interesting to see if they take it off. Paid way too much for this place.

Cleanliness Bugs Plumbing fixtures broken Charged me $50 for our dog even though pet friendly hotel is what we requested

Clean , good price and good basic continental breakfast. Room was clean . Has available wifi. Water in bathroom nice and hot.

Bathroom Curtain was unusually Supported by a woodblock on the wall .

Disgusting place

It was simply grotesque. Cannot believe the owners/operators allow this slum to continue to allow the appearance and outdated facilities, beds, curtains, pillows, and carpet. All of which have stains. No one had dusted in our room in probably months. There were light fixtures and bulbs that didn’t work also. Even our bath towels were clearly not fresh. 2 nights in this crap hole for $250 total. At least they allowed my dog, which is why I didn’t relocate after the first nights stay.

When we got to our room the door was opened so we entered slowly and checked everything out before we entered.

I was appalled at the price for such an older place , cracks in the ceiling , heat would not shut off auto , bed was very cheap , wood floors were ok , just dates overall and would not expected to be near 500 for 2 nights but we had no choice at the time

Did not see any bugs. Mini Fridge and microwave were clean and usable.

Property was dirty and outdated. I was charged a security deposit that was not mentioned at booking. No breakfast. Had to chase down towels. Property was not clean. lampshades broken, walls need painting, Bedding needs upgrade and the pillows were dirty and flat. I was told I would have to wait 5-7 business days for deposit to be released IF the room was okay when checked. Room was dirty upon arrival, with no iron and two sets of towels when my reservation was for 4 people. There was no Bible or iron, so I do not know what they think someone would take. Walls need painting, there was a patched up hole in bathroom door, toilet was slow to flush...rising to the rim before receding. Bedding looked to be early 90s with holes burnt into comforters and under sheets. TV was small. Plugs for electronics did not work. One electrical socket was missing the cover for it. Hangers were all broken. At check in the man was rude when I asked why the price I was paying was not the same as what was quoted on Booking.com. He continued to talk over me and when I asked about the breakfast, he cut me off and said NO breakfast, Coffee only. The best part of our stay was seeing no bugs and checking out. I am still waiting on my $25 deposit to be returned. For the price of this stay there are better places with better customer service.

Aggravating

They come into the room unannounced. The manager knocked then proceeded to use HIS MASTER KEY to open up the door to ask me if I was extending my stay. I’m a single mother and I shouldn’t be paranoid about someone in management opening up my occupied room door to ask me if I’m staying. Then they TOLD ME that they were coming to clean my room and that I couldn’t decline that it needed to be done because they had no housekeeping for the weekend. I want my money back
