The staff is always professional and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean

Very clean, loved the lemon water in the lobby.

The hair dryer in our room had grime all over the handle. Needs to be wiped down after each visitor leaves.

It was close to the hospital Novant in Matthews, NC. It was open 24/7. They had a good breakfast selection.

The beds were very uncomfortable , very small pillows , dirty floors , but most of all the housekeepers took out our dirty towels but didn’t supply fresh ones, they didn’t make up the beds nor did they take out the trash.

People smoking out front. Designated smoking area too close to entrance. Too many smokers! It’s stinks!!

Heating and ac didn't work. Uncontrollable and loud. The coffee and breakfast was horrible.

Hotel is dark and outdated and there was a smell in our room. The carpet in our corridor is on dire need of restreching. I wouldn't probably rate it 7.9 which was the average for this property.

Yes. There were not enough ramps on the sidewalks. There was one and it was blocked by someone who parked in a handicapped spot. Poorly, thought out and then executed.

There was mold growing on the wall the air conditioner was on and even growing on the curtains. It had a very bad smell (wet/earthy) to the room and felt very sticky.

No hot water in the room. I tried to shower Thursday evening, no hot water. No hot water on Friday morning @ 6am

The hotel smell was horrible. It smell like Mold and Mildew. Since I suffer from allergies real bad once I enter the room I began to swept up because of the severity of the mold. There was roaches in the room. The smell lingered in my clothes.

The rooms all smell. We had 3 rooms this time. One of the rooms the shower was leaking. Ceiling had dust everywhere. Carpets need to be cleaned or changed. We stay here all the time when we come down. I won?t anymore
