The staff in breakfast area was rude. Also I was trying to sleep at 8:30 a.m and the house keeper was in the hallway for 3 hours running the vacuum. It is upsetting for those of us who may have worked late and wanted to sleep until an hour before checkout

Room smelled like mold. Walls were dirty. Room smelt like smoke

Yes the lady that was doing the breakfast was very rude and wasn't pleasant to anyone not only me but to other guest as well.

Front desk was nice.

We picked to stay here because there was a pool even though it cost more and was further away but the pool was closed.

Toilet didn?t flush properly Cold water Holes in walls Etc.

Check in was easy. Hotel employee is friendly and helpful.

Someone parked their van outside of the front door during the time I was there, leaving nowhere to unload or load except the parking lot. The woman at the breakfast bar did not smile or make eye contact at all during the 3 mornings I ate there.

Decent price for the room

I couldn't sleep that well because you can hear dogs barking and the pillows were flat. The hotel charges $100 for incidentals, that's too much

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Shower needed a good scrub.

Website stated pool on premise.upon arrival the pool was closed. I 0Aa a athis location because of the pool. There was no water 9n the pool. Also noticed vermin in the room. Spending $--- for the room I was very disappointed.

Service horrible. General manager was despicable. When I checked in, I informed the desk clerk of the shower dripping and, the toilet wouldent flush. He suggested that she give me a plunger. That was the first 5 minutes in the room. Very disrespectfu.

The location. Long Horn, Chick-fil-A & the ABC store was within walking distance.

The parking suck. Was on the 2nd floor with no screen in window & unable to lock. Phone was broke. Didn't have a dial tone & none of the buttons work. Out of 8 sockets only one worked. The floor wasn't vacuumed. Trash was in the ac unit.

The staff always take care of anything we need and are always friendly

Some visitors are loud and hang around the hotel, which makes it very uncomfortable at night.

The front desk rep, a middle aged male, was extremely aggressive when he saw me enter with my dog. He immediately began citing their pet policy & fees, along with the penalties for unregistered pets.

The owner and staff qre always accommodating

Breakfast needs updated. Would like to see some days with different options, ie. Fruit, grites, potatoes, turkey meat options, pancakes an omelet station would be greatly appreciated.

Staff were great. Staff at the front desk out a smile on everyone¿s face after a long day of travel. The rest of the staff were very polite and helpful as well. Our stay was great, room was clean and shower was nice.

Saw roach in the room. Pet friendly ya only after having to pay an extra $35.00. Breakfast sucked, powdered eggs, fatty sausage, Little Debbie cakes, no liquid creamer and juice tasted like water.
