Location

Staff charged me 83.00 at checkout even though the hotel refunded my deposit.

Clean and nice breakfast

No shampoo, toilet paper holder broken, toilet woobly, bathroom sink bottom needs refinished.

Breakfast was decent. Staff at breakfast was very nice.

Toilet was broken. Paint peeling. No bed sheets in pullout couch. We had a king bed and a pullout couch for a reservation that said 4 adults. Front desk attendant said about broken toilet and room ?I?m here alone what do you want me to do about it??

Parking fee not communicated! I click on free parking when I filter my search and they are not free! False advertising

Convenient location that was close to relatives

For starters the hotel smelled. The room was on the first floor, and the room also smelled as well. The bed was the worst part because it was broken. It had an indentation of a large person that sat and broke the bed. VERY Uncomfortable to Sleep on.

Had to move to 2 different rooms due to room cleanliness. ended up leaving to go to a different hotel. Very disappointed.

Both rooms were filthy. 2nd room under mattress was disgusting. Front desk could not resolve the situation.

It was dirty. The room was unclean and the common areas were also. The bed wasn't very comfortable as well.

Bed was old and uncomfortable. Cleaning staff walked in on me before 9:00 in the morning without even a knock on the door. Will never stay at this hotel again.

The main lobby had cesspool-like smell every day Never received towels,toilet paper when requested before leaving for the day Leakey shower nozzle sprayed all directions Toilet was backed up and overflowed onto floor when flushed. Staff did nothing

Terrible smell on the first floor and lobby in the evenings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The best part was that we had adjacent rooms. Our family could go between each with no problem. This was especially helpful in assisting with our elderly mother. My great-nephew loved it as well.

This hotel is located centrally to many shops/restaurants. The hot breakfast bar was more than I had expected! I had hot oatmeal, yogurt and coffee both mornings and it was delicious!

The decor I.e. furniture, tv etc is fairly outdated. There was a real ¿comforter¿ ¿just a thin top coverlet and sheet.

I had a quick checkin experience.

WI-fi was somewhat lacking. and the Ice Machine on my floor was out of order so if I wanted ice I would have had to go to another floor. Also the only light controlled by the switch near the door only control the entrance light none of the other lights.

Hotel was easy to check-in and access

I didn't like the controlling of temp in my room at night. Room wouldn't go below 70 degrees. Bed was extremely flat.

The staff was great! The hot breakfast was pretty good.

Had an issue with the bathroom and they had no one to unclog the toilet and I had to do it. Requested the room to be cleaned and it was not cleaned until the following day.

The location because it was located around malls and restaurants.

Everything about this hotel is terrible: Rooms: 1st room smelled like dogs, hair everywhere, 2nd room bugs on wall and ceiling, collected showed front desk staff, was told if 3rd room was not satisfaction we would have to leave @ 10:00 pm the manager sai

I liked the location and free breakfast

What I didn't like was the 1st room smelled like dogs. Do not put people without a dog in a room you use for customers with a dog. I was moved to a 2nd room it had bugs on the wall and ceiling. Was told by front desk staff they were "Ladybugs". Was told 2
