Very kind staff

Noisy person with loud music but not the hotel’s fault

She forgot to tell the housekeeping staff we had a late check out but it's ok.... I'll be back

Big room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom.

The remote control didn't work; had to call twice to get batteries. The TV wouldn't turn on; someone had put a multi-tap in the outlet and pushed the drawer unit back - pushed the plug out of the socket. Inconvenient, dangerous.

The room is clean newly renovated everything worked and it was stocked.

I can't think of a single thing I was unhappy with

Ice machines didn?t work, air conditioner in room was noisy and I was billed twice for security deposit.

I could clearly see that they have made updates to modernize the hotel. The staff what super nice at check in and the other staff member during the day was great when I kindly and privately told her my concerns about our room.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. I brought it to the staffs attention. Perhaps someone young or distracted or just trying to rush? They didn't clean it very well. The a/c was loud, but didn't blow very well at all. We were sweating.

Many things #1 the room smelled like old clothes the bathroom very small so small that when you open the door it would hit the tub and the toilet is very low now it is about 12? high very nice for a tall person.

It was clean and close to the people I needed to be close to.

The people in the room next to me kept smoking weed in their room.

It was spotlessly clean. Even the outside sidewalks were swept everyday. The breakfast was kept full and checked frequently. I stayed for over a week and the staff were so kind.The parking lot was well lit. As a woman traveling alone I always felt safe.

Tiny shampoo bottles. You might want to bring your own.

The remodeling to modernize things.

Claim smoke free. I couldn¿t even stay inside the room how bad it smelled with smoke. The second room was weed smoke. The toilet that didn¿t work, I had to go to the lobby with my family to use the restroom.

The night staff was the best she had a line of customers but talked to us all letting us know she will b with us soon and was just nice and professional when serving the customers.

They rained out of Apple juice for breakfast LOL

The hotel was under renovations and there were very few guest. You should have known this, but did not convey this pertinent information. I am a female who was traveling alone, not a good feeling.

Smelly,worn out room. Paint sills on floor, small bed,plumbing on shower not fastened to wall. Room smelled very bad. Halls had garbage in bags out

My original room smelled so so bad of smoke I went back to check in and was immediately changed to another room which was larger and super clean so very grateful

Horrid conditions. Many many roaches. No comforter on the beds just a sheet. Absolutely disgusting conditions. Staff was clueless and did nothing.

Room was ok at best. Carpet was dirty needs cleaned badly. You can hear everything outside¿. People being loud and rude.

Dirty floor poor water pressure.

Location was perfect for my trip. Staff friendly. Pool area clean.

Needs some work on rooms. Towel rack loose about to fall off. Didn't see bugs but lamps and table tops were sticky. I wouldnt put my food on tables.

Staff is always friendly and I like the location between Pineville and Concord areas.

With each stay (three now), the rooms have gotten worse. First the best (straight through hotel), second wasn't bad (straight through hotel), but the last had baby and qdult roaches. To their credit, you can tell they are trying. Thumbs up still.
