The staff was not nice

When we first arrived the room they originally gave us stank and had a horrible smell to it. I expressed my concerns to the staff. They switched room immediately. The following room met my expectations.

This hotel seems pretty new. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast starts early which is nice when you are travelling for an event.

The front receptionist, Ms. Deb, was phenomenal. She was very courteous, knowledgeable and took time to explain the amenities of the facilities. As soon as I met her, I knew immediately I would enjoy my hotel experience.

Cleanliness

Hated the fact our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevators weren¿t working. Literally everything is closed, pool and business center due to renovating. Hopefully everything will be up and running soon that way guests can receive the full experience

The hotel was a construction site and the hotel should be discounted while undergoing renovations because ELEVATOR and all of the extra amenities were unavailable

The location, near a lot of places. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms were big!

Hotel is going thru renovations , so a lot of things are closed. Purpose of us booking was because of the inside pool. Pool closed..business center closed..fitness center closed and the elevator wasn¿t work. It would¿ve been better had we were made aware.

Very clean, nice decor, close to major highways

wifi didn't work on my computer, teen was not too happy about it.

I liked the renovated room it was more modern and the heat actually worked.

The older rooms are horrible. The heat didn¿t work when it was snowing outside and the hallway was warmer than the room. I had to call the front desk three times for them to actually change our room and we had our baby us. It wasn¿t pleasant at all!

Cleanliness, hot breakfast

After checking in, we ¿came in after curfew¿ the first night and the doors were locked. After waiting for 20 minutes for someone to open up, we were informed that we have to use the side doors after 12. Were promised a pool, but it¿s under renovation.

I¿ve been booking with Holiday quite a bit since late last year. They stand by their cleanliness policy¿s and its most important. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options & staff lady was helpful to accommodate our many selections.

For the COVID-19 the hotel changed rules not cleaning room every day. But, if not cleaning room provided the cups and supply for coffe maker every day.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly

Breakfast was closed, to go breakfast was just okay. The pool was closed. I wouldn’t have booked if I knew that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy breakfast or the pool.
