Advertised hot breakfast, eggs got were cold, biscuits were served cold (thawed from freezer)

It was a clean and easy to get on the back to the highway

Room keys did not work Replaced them twice in 3 days. Also the door lock didn¿t work properly. Had to have it worked on by I

The front desk attendants were all very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and it seemed like the staff cared about the quality of the hotel.

We were given the furthest room from the front, nothing for handicap. Ask for a room for a handicap , was told nothing on first floor . Nothing for a handicap person

Appears to have been recently updated. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Convenient location off the Parkway.

Location was excellent and the amenities provided. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Did not get the chance to try the breakfast but it smelled good. The area was clean and orderly as well. Very nice people.

Hotel is always very clean and fresh smelling when we stay . Breakfast is always hot and fresh , better than some higher end hotels we ha e stayed at.

Room was not cleaned when leaving out for the day I asked the made to please clean my room. It was not after being gone all day. Very disappointed. I called the front desk to get fresh towels they me to come And get them very poor customer service.

The room itself was very clean and the bed was nice. The staff was friendly.

No internet in the room. The staff had no clue how to resolve the internet issue. The side door entrance did not work. The breakfast was very inadequate.

Very noisy, dogs barking, vacuums running, banging in to hallway walls and doors most of the day. Disappointing breakfast, prepackaged 2 items. Probably due to the virus.

The pillows were awful Small and not comfortable Towels were stiff and not fluffy and soft

The location was great. Very convenient and they allow pets.

It was located right on the state road, which was great for convenience but not for sleep if your room is located on the street side. Noisy.

I really liked the location of the hotel, it is central to SO many things to do and has plenty of rainy day options close. Shopping and food within walking distance.

The only disappointment during this hotel was that the pool was closed and breakfast consisted of grits, of course Covid is to blame for that!!

Nice clean, pleasant room. Pretty landscaping welcomes you in. Friendly employees.

I'm sad there is no breakfast. I hope when covid is controlled the breakfast will return. A quick breakfast when traveling is nice.

Booked this room for the pool. Called the well before to make sure it was open. Drained and closed when I arrived and I was not notified. Didn't get included breakfast. Should have gotten a discount. Would have stayed elsewhere.

Great staff. Was not notified the pool would be closed and there would be no food. Only stayed here for the pool and could have saved $--- staying somewhere else.
