Staff was super friendly and the property was very clean. Nice location. The porch and grill area on the creek was escpecially nice.
The creek running in the back. However you couldn?t keep the windows open due to the larger holes in the screens and insects were flying in.
Great value and staff

Cons -

Bed was a little uncomfortable but then again i do have a bad back. Toilet needed stoppere and fill valve changed. It was constantly running.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable/hard, the temperature was hot due to the air conditioning not putting off enough cool air.
Upstairs renters are noisy

Great value and staff

Heating and cooling systems were fine.

The place is very misrepresented. The carpeting was old and stained, should have been replaced 15 years ago. The room did not have a pleasant smell. It just needed a thorough remodel job. We thought it wasnÂ¿t worth half the price we paid.
