Country Hearth Inn Knightdale Raleigh

I’m a business owner who had booked this room for workers. They reported it was so dirty and nasty that it was unfit to stay there. There was mold in the bathtub. One guy put a plastic bag over their feet to stand in the shower! That’s how bad it was

Yes lots!!

The price and location were great. My room was clean and exactly what I needed.

The stairwell and hallway of second floor reeked of weed. My room smelled fine but the trip to my room was super-stinky. Friday night was really bad. People were holding the outside door for people without keys. All night was doors slamming and chaos

This is a very basic place, and it had everything we needed -- good location for us, clean rooms, nice staff, VERY quiet. For the price, it was the perfect option for us since we were not planning to spend much time at the hotel.

The breakfast is a bit sparse.

Location

Bathroom setup. The toilet paper holder was missing from the wall, and there was plaster over the spot where it used to be. The toilet and shower space was tiny.

I liked most that the hotel is not very far from places that I frequent.

The mattress is severely worn out. The side closest to the window and PTAC is severely sunken in. It is sunken so much that you can feel the boxedspring underneath. The sunken area reaches half way across the bed.

It was quite and very clean nice room

The AC kept going out I had to get up and turn the knobs to keep it on thru out the night I knew staff couldn't fix so I stayed

Easy parking

Had a slight musty odor. Beds were hard. Carpet felt dirty with bare feet. AC was loud

It was very clean and very quiet.

Bed was a little hard.

Continental breakfast

The bed was very hard and the pillows weren't good Also the air conditioner was very loud I didn't sleep well. I wanted to check out early but didn't want to lose my money

Cleanliness

Being on the 1st floor, had to keep asking the staff to kindly remind people above me that someone is staying below them.

Quiet, clean, efficient.

Breakfast is uninviting and thin on options.

The lady at the desk

1st when I was checking in,there was a man an wife fighting at there room near the front desk, they were cussing fighting, yelling, the room was ok,but the bathroom was very dirty,an had bugs

The hotel room was clean. Definitely not a luxury hotel, but great for the price. The staff was friendly and recommended great local restaurants.

Did not have coffee and very limited ,if any at all.

It is clean and quiet, close to where we want to be.

Cleaning products have a negative smell- in fact when entering, the hotel smelled old and dirty- though it did not appear to be. Also there is no elevator for the second floor so older or disabled folks should beware or it should be stated when reserving

It was off the highway but hard to find.

We have a horrible time. The people next door to us were screaming and yelling at each other. Called the front desk and told them. They called the room but nothing changed. Called again phone was busy. Breakfast was frozen Hot pockets and biscuits

It¿s not a luxury resort but it is definitely a nice, cozy, clean place to stay, in a safe area with plenty of conveniences nearby. A couple of good places no more than a block away. Right by a nice park for a walk or run, with a playground for the kids.

Breakfast is all carbs. We just grabbed a couple of the apples and a cup of coffee.

The room I booked was not ready and had to stay in a double bedroom and not comfortable at all.

Beds are very very uncomfortable hard as a rock.

I liked the location in reference to my brother¿s house in Wendell. It¿s also walking distance to two restaurants.

Rooms were clean and staff was always very friendly and helpful! We definitely would come back.

Only thing that is the room had some water damage. Drywall tape coming off the ceiling. But nothing that made the room feel dirty or made the experience poor.
